Sheet bronze, 11 inches max. ht. signed "Gunn" on base. Homer Gunn was born in Woonsocket, RI and raised in Uxbridge, Mass. He studied at the Rhode Island School of Design from 1938 to 1941 and after graduating attended the Art Students League for an additional year. He taught from 1942 to 1957, last at Deerfield Academy.
